AR 670-1
No matter what branch you served in, Here you go!

Ribbons will be placed on ribbon bars. A maximum of 4 ribbons [usually seen in 3] per row in order of precedence, left to right, with highest on top. [like reading a book from top down]
a. Ribbons are placed 1/8 above left pocket flap and centered.
b. Unit awards, i.e. Presidential Unit Citation w/gold wheat frame, are placed 1/8 inch above Right pocket flap and centered.
c. Badges, Identification, combat, skill, marksmanship, etc. are placed on Left pocket flap centered between the top of the pocket and the top of button. If two badges worn, badges are one inch apart. If three badges worn, badges are equally spaced.
d . Regimental Distinctive insignia is placed 1/8 inch above right pocket flap. 1/4 inch above unit awards.
AR-670-1. Log in to your Army Knowledge Online (AKO) and go to self service, publications, regulations. 670-1 will guide you in the placement of everything.
Might not hurt to have a knowledgable friend or one of your NCOs have a look before you wear it so you don’t look all jacked up.

PS they do have drawings of ALL the uniform types and a list of the medals in order of placement. Look sharp, stand tall, practice snapping that arm up for saluting. If this is a Memorial Day thing do a Flag Etiquette search and select the ushistory site with a/to Betsey Ross if you need info as to when you should salute the Flag.
