Bad Job Alerts from HotJobs?
Can someone explain to me why I would get 6 job announcements about an OR Surgical Nurse position when all of my search agents are for sales and marketing? Some of these alerts are an incredible waste of time and demonstrate a job search engine that has no teeth.

It could be that they filters pull from keywords.
I have better luck with careerbuilder AND going directly to companies’ sites and establishing agents with them.
