		<description>There&#039;s a new website called Itzbig.com that is supposed to work like the datings sites, in that it tries to match as many skills/qualifications from the applicant and the company.

I don&#039;t think it&#039;s available nationwide, but it&#039;s worth a try.

Make sure you answer the questions to the best of your ability. It will give you a percentage of how well you meet the requirements of the job.</description>
