How does one locate a top tier webmaster/consultant?
Especially a webmaster/consultant that is fluent in web design, search engine optimization and internet marketing?
Are high quality webmasters usually well versed in all areas or are these different fields of expertise?
I am looking for someone particularly experienced in the mortgage field.

I’d suggest you check the local chamber of commerce. If you go visit a group like that, you’d be surprised of now many people you can find with a varied number of talents across multiple fields. Another suggestion would be to put up a classified ad on something like CraigsList. There are quite a few people on there that have a varied number of skills as well!
