How to Market New Tee Shirt Store?
I have a new tee shirt store called Twisted T’s, (cafepress.com/twistedt). What’s the best way to market it? I just don’t have the money to go crazy with search engine posting and banner ads right now. I was hoping for some creative (low cost) suggestions on how to get my designs out there and I figured the Yahoo! Answers crew would be great people to ask. Any ideas?

Also, consider signing up for an affiliate program. These programs enable you to advertise on other’s sites (your affiliates) and once a sale is made to you, your affiliates & the program are paid a commission.

give an ad in some teen magazine…that alone should help….make the ad look funky….teens go for that stuff.

would help if you could generate word of mouth off of a specific marketing hook. the name is cool. is there anything unique or different about the shirts that would get people talking?
You may try putting some notice in bulletin boards at colleges and high schools in your vicinity. Also, try to promote it thru notices in community boards at convenience stores in your neighbourhood. I guessed these are pretty cheap avenues to advertise and promote your store.
