You still need quality content and inbound links to gain popularity in organic searches. I personally think sponsored searches are overrated and I stopped using them for my law office website.
I use a blog for my website that I update regularly that generates a lot of interest. I also create a Google sitemap which I update regularly as weii. My new pages in Google are updated and indexed quickly. Just a couple fo thoughts.
Do you have metatags on your pages? That is how pages are indexed.
