You should take your computer to someone to look at it and diagnose it. The best way to stay clear of viruses’ in the future is to buy NOD32 , an anti-virus program. It works well, I am using it right now, it is worth the money. Try and get it looked at soon, before (if there is a virus) it takes over. This just happened to me and I have to buy a new computer now.
Download a better version of software, like AvaSt:

This should get rid of it, if it doesnt, you may need to re-install windows.
make sure you have updated anti-virus software and run a full system scan. also make sure you have updated spyware scanner. spy bot and adaware are two good free ones. thats the only way to be sure.
well go buy mcafee virus program from the store and install it then virus scan ur computer then kill the virus. buying the program will be alot cheaper than getting a new computer because urs dies

i had that problem also…when i downloaded spyware doctor and mozilla firefox, it helped to get rid of the problem…and it’s free…try that and i hope it works for you
if it is infected with a virus like trojan horse then u betta do what i tell u fast before it gets into any files first the symptoms of having a virus is that u cant rmove it in the add or remove area in control panel . if u have not tried this then go to control panel and add or remover and delete anything unsual that is not needed they may b the virus. if u cant delete something it is normally the source and most infected part of the computer virus. so now u cant remove it then all u have to do is reboot it the whole system this means SAVE ALL WORK AND MUSIC AND PICS as they will go wen pc is reooted. if u dont kno how to reboot then look up on google i have cd u might need to buy cd if u hAavent got 1.

P.S IF U CANT B BOTHERED TO REBOOT AND WANT TO KEEP VIRUS ALWAYS START COMPUTER ON SAFE MODE. this means the virus wont spread
Remove Norton and replace it with Avira (http://www.free-av.com/ ), then get Spyware Terminator (http://www.spywareterminator.com/ )(turn web security guard off). These should deal with it, if not also get AVG anti-spyware free: http://free.grisoft.com/doc/download-free-anti-spyware/
Get an up to date anti-virus software, there are lots for free.
Here are some good programs to scan your computer with:
AVGfree : free virus scanner
Spybot Search and Destroy
Lavasoft Ad-Aware
Download and install all three, run them and they will remove your viruses/spywares.
Reboot your computer and everything should be fine.
download a free spyware program and then download avg free virus software.
use avg anti virus, free to download, and great for removing infections like this…..
