I recommend Dreamhost http://www.dreamhost.com/hosting.html
Their standard price is $9.95/month ($119.40/year)
but you can use the promo code PLUS and get
$50 discount +2 Free domain names.
Disk space: Unlimited
Bandwidth: Unlimited
2 Free domain names
Unlimited domains and subdomains
Price: $5.78/month ($69.40/year)
If you need more I recommend:

Prices start from $20/month.
I’ve always had GREAT service through godaddy.com one of my sites gets over 4000 hits a month, and it processes fine. They are really reliable too.
I like 1and1 dot com. They’re cheaper then godaddy and offer more options. They’re also extremely reliable and fast.
I have godaddy.com and Netfirms.com. Godaddy is very confusing but I still stick with it, mainly because I don’t feel like transferring my domain names. Netfirms is the best and it is easy to use but it is not cheap unless you get the ongoing promotion. $20 dollars for a year of paid hosting and 2 free domain names. You will need to go to http://imtutorials.blogspot.com/ to get the discount promotion code and to get more information. It is not on it’s main site.
I really want to help you but just really got to lok around some of the better ones are unknown like motor city web host http://mcwh.runhosting.com and 1and1 http://1and1.agilityhoster.com these are wy 2 cool sites for hosting and domains 1and1 has been on the top for years and motorcity has webmasters who will buid low cost websites for as little as $120 per year to host.they even have a free self host platform for you websites
