Now please, don’t answer my question with more questions. That solves nothing since we can’t confer regularly.
Basically, I’m preparing to book a flight into Japan for one year on a placement out there. I’m clued in on immunizations, visa requirements and receiving a letter of invitation to allow me in there.

I’m trying to work on a budget for doing this, so I’m trying to work out what would be the best way to book such flights. Website manifests have no dates a year later to select so I’m guessing an open return might be suitable.

Does anyone know of any good websites where I can book a cost effective (as cost effective realistically as one can attain) one year flight to Japan? I’m looking at different Prefectures such as Mie, Shimane or possibly Ehime.

We want a scalable solution that is affordable but robust enough to handle an sharp increase in demand.

1) Performance – We want our hosting to be able to scale quickly to handle an increase in traffic.
2) Email – We will be sending our members critical event notification emails that we don’t want listed as SPAM. Anything we can do in the hosting environment to improve this would be great.
3) Security – We don’t have full-time staff, so it would be great if more of the IT maintenance / updates / monitoring that can be done by the hosting provider.
4) Cost – we have a limited budget, and we can’t get into a long-term contract.

Technical details: Windows hosting w/ SQL required.

What are the best solutions out there?

Many thanks

I have a website, and advertise on the big sites (autotrader, cars.com, autobytel). I have a good inventory of about 200 cars, pre owned, and a good variety. I am a small independant lot with a lot of competition. What can I do to get my name out there more, generate more leads, and generate more interest? I do not have a big budget to work with, anything done on my own I have to pay for myself. What things can I do to increase my traffic?

I am just getting started in Internet marketing and have read that ezine advertising is one of the best ways to advertise a website or small business online. I want to get the most "bang for my buck" as I don’t have a large advertising budget. I was just wondering if anyone with some experience in this area could give me some positive feedback on sources they have used in the past. I don’t mind using the search engines to look for listings but there are zillions of them and of course each one claims to be the best. Please help me pinpoint some good ezine ad sources to advertise my small business website.

Hi, I have recently completed an online store for selling outer-space collectibles for space-enthusiasts. It is called "Space Mugs!" at http://www.cafepress.com/SpaceMugs

I chose a catchy title, put together some interesting products, added tags, keywords, and descriptions for my products for search engine optimization. I also sent a few emails to friends. I also added a script that tracks user behavior on my site.

Is there anything else I can or should do? My budget is extremely limited. Or should I just wait and see what happens?

Thank you

I am looking for advice on how to market/advertise my online baby boutique with a very small advertising budget. I signed on with Network Solutions, and they have reworked my site to be more easily recognized by the search engines. I have also signed up for their keywords campaign. But at 0.00 a month, I don’t think that is the best choice for me. I am at a loss with trying to figure it out on my own. My budget is very small. I am looking for ways to promote my boutique and bring in shoppers. I am so busy with all of the other facets of the business, that I don’t have tons of time to devote to researching different ways of advertising. What are the best ways to get my boutique noticed and shopped? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I am very dedicated to the success of my boutique! Thank you!

I own a small internet web maternity clothing shop. www.hautemamacouture.com I get almost no business to it at all. I tried paying for advertising with search engines but I had too small a budget (spent 0 on 4 different engines/month). I also have the same items in a store on eBay. That’s where I make 99% of my money. However, with their recent announcements of fee increases, they should just change their name to FeeBay and their changes to the feedback policy that will not allow a seller to leave negative when warranted, I can no longer afford to do business on there. I spend about 0-,000 in eBay fees a month but I make about ,000 a month. How can I shift some of this around to promote my website. I am on a very limited budget and have no idea how to get people to go to this website and buy. Thanks!

Hello All,

I just recently opened a business geared only towards medical professionals and I dont know a thing about marketing and advertising. What is the best way to market my company to medical professionals with a budget of only 0 per week. I have done the Pay Per Click search engine and that is drumming up some business but are there other ways? Also someone told me I needed to use the internet for "viral marketing purposes". What exactly does that entail? Thanks to all!

I would like to know how can I increase the traffic of my website because all the service I got to promote my website ended with no real new customer. I got 50% more traffic, now I have a small budget to have customer to fill out the forms on my website.

Is your biggest challenge:

Advertising?
Finding New Customers?
Finding leads to build your business?
Internet Marketing?
Getting a high ranking in the search engines?
How to build a website?
How to follow up with your customers?
Finding the training and support to make your business grow?
How to develop a budget and/or a buisiness plan?
Organizing your workspace?
Managing your time?
Other?

If you don’t have a home business, but are looking for a home business, what is your greatest challenge here?

Finding a product and company that is legitmate?
Finding coaches and mentors?
How to research what is out there?
How to afford the start up cost?

Thanks!

Stephanie Sterling

I am trying to market my son’s skateboard business web site (http:///www.suddendeathskateboards.com), but don’t have a large budget. What are some good, inexpensive (or free!) ways to market your site without making the Internet Search Engine Gods mad at you?

I recently bought an adult turnkey site in hopes to make some money. Although, I am have regrets because it has been two and a half months and I haven’t seen a dime. I put my site in search engines like Yahoo search marketing and Google Adsense but I am a student on a budget, and it seems they just take money away slowly…I know it takes time, I am a patient person, but I don’t necessarily have a ton of cash to put down on advertising. Does anybody know ways to get some profit! I appreciate your time.

I have a Yahoo 360 page listed under Jessica Dow, which is open to the public. Somone with experience might get a better idea of the best market for my work after seeing some examples. I also have links there to on-line portfolios and my new BLOGGER page ( which has some larger pictures of my custom work). I already have a few things on eBAY, on a trial basis. But I don’t think eBAY is the right place for work such as mine. Any advice would be very helpful. I’m planning on starting a professional web-site, but most of the web-site designers I’ve seen charge prices currently not within my budget. I know there are site-builders, but I don’t want a cheap knock off design ( template ) for my site. I want my site to reflect the same quality and beauty as the work I sell there. If that means I have to wait to hire a high priced professional, I’ll do that. I’d appreciate hearing of any other options.
