It is about myself, a US navy sailor who blogs about my experiences of navy boot camp and what navy life is about. I answer questions from people that are curious about the navy and what to expect.
I was just wanting to see what strategies I could use to generate some income. I have an adsense account as well as a few affiliates.
If anyone can help me with some ad placement Ideas that would be much appreciated.
I was reading on an astrology website (cafe astrology), that the aspects that Mars makes to other planets will show what kind of experiences we seek to have. Here is the link. – http://www.cafeastrology.com/mars.html Here is the quote. – "Planets that Mars contacts are colored with action and self-assertion. These planets can represent the kinds of experiences we seek".
So, would that mean that if it was, for example, a Mars-Mercury aspect, we would seek activities that has to do with your mind (games of strategy, debates, ect.)?
What are your Mars placements including sign, house and aspects and what kinds of experiences do you seek? Such as, do you like to have fun experiences (games, socializing, ect.), do you like to have more serious experiences, do you like to have experiences where you are learning something, whatever you think applies to the question is fine.
Should a local news website be added to Google News?
We have a niche local news site, I figure that if we submit our site to Google news then anytime someone searches on one of our specialized news stories we will have a very high ranking and increase our traffic substantially. Is this correct?
Can anyone share their experiences with Google News?
I’m starting a blog ring for college students. Basically, at each college/university, a student blogger would write about their experiences at their specific university (like the nightlife, courses, housing/apartment options, internships and job placement, local crime, basically anything and everything fathomable and relevant). The goal is to give prospective students and parents a good feel for life at each specific school – all the things brochures don’t really tell you. But bloggers won’t be paid, just provided with their own website and something to beef up their resume with :-). So does this sound like something that people would be interested in contributing to? I’d appreciate any and all opinions!
I would like suggestions and comments on how to improve my website and what not. What are some techniques some of you people found successful and what features are most appealing on websites? I am thinking of including a chart room, does anyone know of where I could learn HTML coding for such an element? How do I spread the message of my website and it’s purpose to those seeking it? I was just approved for google ad words program, I have an ad on my site, how much money could I expect to earn in a year if I actively improve and update my website? What are your experiences and earnings in affiliate programs, adwords, and your own website?
I am going to be a senior this year so i want to set some career goals, but I have no earthly idea what i want to do.
I know I want to travel, I love to help people, I love helping anything really, I’m a good creative writer, I suck at math and chemistry, I love biology and marine science, i adore the ocean and i love hands on experiences, im adventurous and im not afraid to get dirty.
So if anyone knows any good websites or any good choices for me just through them out there Im looking at all of my options!
