i am making a fast reference periodic table… note still making… took me 2 hrs to make the first 48 (not the show). Basically u input the Chemical symbol and bam out pops the atomic number, mass, density, volume, and placement. probably some other stuff to later on at request. but should i sell it? and if so how much would be a reasonable price for a general one? a fully customized one?

I have a store on Bonanza.com – it’s free until I sell something and then obviously they take a cut. The up side is that the site charges less money for fees and listing than Fee-Bay. But the very big downside is that they do little or no advertising. So I am not sure how to increase traffic. I’ve advertised a little on Craigslist but that is complicated. I made a URL on Godaddy for the page. I’ve advertised on Twitter. I am just uncertain because it’s not exactly a website. Any help would be appreciated. Some of the ideas given are helpful.However, I can’t change the meta tags for my store because it is part of Bonaza.com. There are some things that I could do to a personal website that I can’t do with my E-store. If someone could help me sort those differences out it would be great.

I’m trying to get into medical assisting, and I wanted to make sure this school was accredited. I went to AlliedHealth.com and they actually recommended my exact school (The Salter School in Fall River, MA) but when I go to their website they say "Accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools". They said that their job placement rate was 78%, that the credit was mostly transferable, it has an externship, etc.

I just want to make sure that I can get certified after I graduate, and I also don’t want to waste my money. It IS a 9-month ,000 career college, but if it was recommended by AlliedHealth, wouldn’t it be legit?

A medical assistant is a person who deals with the clerical aspect and the clinical aspect of healthcare… she can be an assistant to a LPN, RN, or a physician and do more simple things like taking vitals or blood… thanks for the advice, I’ll be calling Monday!

I have donated lots to Goodwill (mostly clothes my folks bought & I outgrew) although I didn’t really know much about it so I went to their website and it says "When you shop at Goodwill, you get great bargains and help someone find a job. The money you spend in Goodwill stores goes to support job training and placement programs for people with disabilities and other disadvantages."
"The sales of your donations help fund job training and other career services that help people become successful at work."

From that it sounds like everyone should shop there since even if you’re not a less fortunate person looking for affordable stuff, your purchase is still helping less fortunate people. However, maybe it should only be for people less fortunate than I and I have heard this from a few people which sparked me to learn more.

PS. I’m 27, middle class, and have worked hard to become independent from my family. I bought a small house in November in a town of 20,000 in the midwest.

so i found about this programme at monsterjob.com and i called that guy and he said that i will have to pay about 7000$ american including my tution fee, health insurance, accomodation, student permit and he said after 3 months i will be getting paid 500 euros a month and after 6 month i will be getting paid 1500 euros a month working on the cruise ship on an year or 2 contract, well when i went to the official website it only says about the programme but it dont say that after i get done with the training center i will get a job except in one corner where it talks about internship and cruise ship placement….pls help me if its a scam or for real cos i will be borrowing all the money from my friends and i ll have to pay them back in 5 months, i am 20 years old….and i really have no clue what should i do….

I’ve got a few questions about my website and it’s money.

1. Is it worth paying a few dollars a day to advertise on Facebook?
2. I use webs as a provider, can I use Adsense with it?
3. How can I increase my internet traffic? I’ve got a facebook group for my website, invited all my friends, And I recently even sent all my friends emails linking to my website. I also submitted my website to a few SEO’s.
4. Is it possible to open a paypal for my brother that runs his own blog? He is 12 years old.
5. How can I increase my PR, while having a few Adsense banners, and doing a PPP (PayPerPost) every 5ish posts?

I have come across some websites promising to do things for customers with a price (like making their blog top on Google search, getting millions of Youtube views, increasing website traffic, and so on). But what if they can’t do that and still receive money from customers? That’s scamming.
There is no contract made. Just a PayPal link and customers are required to pay first for the service. So, can I sue those scammers? Is it a difficult thing to do?

I am just interested in the way law works. I just want to know if I can sue a website if I know it is scamming.

Another point here is I think if I can file a lawsuit against a website, the authority will enforce the law and make the hosting service reveal the website’s owner’s identity and hold them responsible. But, can I really file a lawsuit and the court will accept my case?
