I have recently designed, built and set up my own website which within 3 weeks got to 4,456,579 in Alexa’s traffic ranking and has increased by over 550,000 taking it within the top 4million in the past week alone. It does not actually matter if you have not been a moderator before (neither have I!!!!) I am looking for enthusiasm and trust, those are my main criteria. Moderating would be mostly just ensuring no inappropriate posts are submitted and that other generalrules are kept. Do please email me if you are interested, it is brand new right now and I am looking for a few people so that if anyone reported an inappropriate post then someone would be able to deal with it if others were not around.

Shane Warne believes Ricky Ponting is the best man to captain Australia to an Ashes triumph this summer, despite his criticism of Ponting’s field placements last week. I spose they might lose some viewers, but i don’t think it would make that much of a difference if the videos were posted after the show was on tv.

The wwe should put replays of the shows on wwe.com, because people will watch it for free weather they like it or not, and if it was on their own website then they’s get some money from advertising and increased traffic.

And if the shows were on wwe.com, everyone would watch it there because the video quality on wwe.com is FAR better than on youtube.

I’m starting a blog ring for college students. Basically, at each college/university, a student blogger would write about their experiences at their specific university (like the nightlife, courses, housing/apartment options, internships and job placement, local crime, basically anything and everything fathomable and relevant). The goal is to give prospective students and parents a good feel for life at each specific school – all the things brochures don’t really tell you. But bloggers won’t be paid, just provided with their own website and something to beef up their resume with :-). So does this sound like something that people would be interested in contributing to? I’d appreciate any and all opinions!

Do you have your own website or blog and have you tried exchangeing links with others.This is a good way of increasing traffic on your site.Why dont you join groups which exchange links.I have created three groups today for helping people in link exchange.The more no of links you exchange the more traffic you get as people who exchange links with you keep visiting your site to chek if their link is still there or not.Wont that increase traffic on your site and that will list your site in search engines.There are no members at present but please join the group because i know that the members will soon increase.Here are the links

I would like suggestions and comments on how to improve my website and what not. What are some techniques some of you people found successful and what features are most appealing on websites? I was just approved for google ad words program, I have an ad on my site, how much money could I expect to earn in a year if I actively improve and update my website? I have been unemployed for over a year, and the traditional process of applying and interviewing for jobs is very difficult for me. I’ve had good luck with temp agencies before, because they usually give you typing tests, etc. (which I can totally ace) instead of interviewing you, but I’d like to find a more steady and predictable income and schedule if possible. Some people have suggested I try applying to Goodwill, but their employment office is pretty far from where I live, and I know very little about them besides what they say on their own website. I get the impression their services are primarily geared toward those of significantly less intelligence or ability than myself. I just want to know if it’s going to be worth my while if I do go? I’m not a stupid person and I don’t want to be treated like one.

Is there an agency in Pakistan or any organization where I can report someone who fooled me for a job offer but then it is a scam? I almost believed that i will get a job abroad because they created their own website as well as the agency but then after I sent money through western union, the site is already disabled. Please help. There might be other people who are fooled by Bancroft trade and Cartexps placement.
