Ways to improve more traffic to my website, I own a very well web hosting company online www.unlimitedloadhosting.com but would like to increase my traffic and sales. should I also setup a blog and forum within the site?.

My web hosting company submitted a ranking progress report twice within a week, because I upgraded my marketing package within a week, and they automatically do another one with each package. Google don’t like people (I didn’t even do it myself!) submitting rankinng reports more than once a month, and seem to have responded to this by taking my website off the search engine map (althought the url is still on google). Will gooogle forgive me for an action like this which – is not even my own?
