Nothing negative with search engine if you do not have too much of them. They just need back links that make them show the better result in search engine. So, grab your money. ;)
Do you think your visitors would like to see an advert for an online gaming company? If you want an ethical site then just answer this question honestly.
Also look at the ad revenue you might receive from Adsense as compared to this direct ad. If you are going to advertise you might as well get the most money. You might be surprised how good Adsense really is. Also you need to find out if the link will be nofollow. If you think the SEs will not like the link then make sure it is nofollow.
Also check your stats. closely after you run the ad. Use Statcounter (free)
